This is a gorgeous mini dress by Floreat from Anthropologie. The main color of the dress is a bright orange with boho designs in teal, cream, blue, pink, & white. The top portion has thin straps that sit middle of your shoulders or could be pulled tighter to be closer to your collarbone. The waist is elastic on the back. It is lined.
