Floral short sleeve dress from Casual Corner Petite. Size 4P

Navy with floral pattern. Buttons up the front with navy buttons. Ties in back for shape. The label is worn and hard to read but it feels like a soft and silky polyester fabric. More fitted across the ribs and flares out slightly in the skirt. A very comfortable casual dress. I’m 5’3” at it is mid calf length on me.
