Floral short sleeve dress

Collarless V neck with 3 buttons going down the top. The top has a little pleating on each side of the buttons. This is a short sleeve shirt with large flowing sleeves ... see pic. Designed to be worn with a belt, however one is not included. Dress would be above the knee for most. It is 36" from the top of the dress to bottom Armpit to Armpit 18"
