Floral panel skirt

Who doesn’t love Who What Wear? This skirt is so cute and a perfect piece for pattern mixing. There are two layers here: one regular and one with panels, like vertical blinds or a gladiator outfit. It’s unique and adorable (but I almost never wear skirts, so I’m letting it go). Great used condition. I’d recommend for a 14 (I think this brand runs small). Side zip closure. No stretch.
