Floral open back dress

Perfect dress for summer/fall weddings! Flattering square neckline with wide spaghetti straps. Open back with elastic for support. Top is lined for coverage. Bottom is not lined, but is not see through. Can be worn with a strapless bra or no bra at all. I am 5’4” and it falls at mid-shin. Only worn once! Between straps: 11” Waist: 14.5” Length: 44”
