Beautiful quality Kimchi Blue midi halter dress from Urban Outfitters. Hits me at the top of my shin and I’m 5’5. So nice and flowy for summer and has a lovely keyhole cutout in the front. Reminds me of Doen, Christy Dawn, free people, Sezane, etc. Only worn a few times, would be great for a wedding.
