jemm219 @besaved01 yes, it has a little give for stretching but not super stretchy. If am typically a size 6 and it fits on me as a high rise but does not fit on my hips as a mid/ low rise. Does that help at all?

jemm219 And by high rise I mean I have the waist at my belly button. But I also have a decent lower belly pooch so without that it would probably fit on my hips at normal rise
