Floral maxi skirt

High waisted flowy blush maxi skirt with blue floral print. Ties at the waist. Waist has fitted spandex band. High slits on both sides. Short cotton under skirt to cover underneath. There’s a small rip, shown in photos. Not very viable when wearing it and does not affect tying the straps. Comfy material and great for spring.
