Hi there! Does this run a little large? Forever 21 is all over the place with sizing. Im just looking for something to go over a body-con dress. I wear a 14 on bottom and typically a 1x on top. 42DD. In your opinion do you think this may fit? I know there’s no guarantees or returns. I buy and sell plenty on here. Just looking for an honest opinion. Thanks for your help.
