Floral high Neck Mini Dress

I bought this at Target off the clearance rack years ago and have only worn it once or twice. It is such a fun spring and summer dress, I wore it on Easter under my work uniform, but this would be so cute for other things too like a photoshoot in flower fields, brunch, no matter what you do you are going to feel like the main character. Pretty chiffony fabric overlay with a gorgeous floral print with peonies and lilies in pinks and yellows and oranges and reds. A cute ruffled tier on the bottom that gives it a fun flirty movement. It's like a retro shift dress got a cute spring update. With a gathered neckline that buttons in the back over a keyhole. A nice silky lining fabric that is so comfortable on the skin.
