Floral halter top

This floral halter has open back and floral trim. Tie at neck. Lace trim at bust. Stretch back. Beaded accent at tie. Pit to pit 13.5 inches w lots of give in the elastic front and back. When I pull it, it is easily 18 inches across. From elastic to bottom of hem is 16.5 inches. Including cups of halter 7 inches top to elastic.
