Floral dropped waist afternoon tea dress.

Beautiful Georgette-style dress with black polyester slip lining. Ties at the hip creating a dropped-waist look. Dress has a bit of vintage look to it. I think it would look great with a hat and t-strap heels. Outer layer is polyester, too.
