Floral blouse perfect for summer

Navy blue blouse with flowers all over. Two layers of light fabric so it is not see-through. Top has a ruffle at the seems. Bottom scrunches around the waste (longer than a traditional crop top). Very light and comfortable and great for looking nice on a hot summer day. Worn once.
