Black spaghetti strap dress/ romper by Privy Privately Privileged. Has a v cut/low cut front with lace around the edges and red & pink flowers embroidered on the chest. Has a sheer a sheer long skirt with an opening down the front and zips up the back. Material doesn't stretch much. Can worn formal or semi-formal. Comes from a smoke free home with dogs.
