Floral and Skull Leggings

These leggings are great with a black, white, or purple dress that might be too short just to wear alone. I'm 5'6" and they come just enough above my ankle to be considered a Capri, but almost a full length legging. Depends on how tall you are. But you need something to cover your butt if deciding to wear these.
