Floral Yellow Off-Shoulder Dress

Chic off-shoulder dress with floral pattern. Features a vibrant yellow color with delicate floral designs. Never personally wore, was given to me, came in really good gently used condition. No major signs of wear that I can see may have possible lent, loose strings and piling. The white hanging attachments for keeping it on the hanger are stained yellow. Not an issue for wearing though.
