Floral Waterfall Combo Romper / Shorts/ Sundress

This piece does it all and will be a warm weather favorite. The soft neckline can be worn on or off the shoulder. It has a high-low waterfall hem with shorts, but because of the beautiful country floral pattern it looks like a sundress. (It would look great with a pair of cowboy boots.) Worn 1-2 times.
