Floral Ruffle Maxi Dress

NEW✨ I’m 5ft and this dress isn’t too long on me. It has a high-low look towards the bottom. My favorite part of this dress has to be the ruffles. It gives it a girly, classy look! I am selling this dress because the top part is too big for me. My chest is too small for it. I could wear a bandeau underneath but I think it takes away from the dress.
