Floral Ruffle Dress

The cutest dress ever for spring and summer! I'm on the fence about selling it. There is no label but I think it might be Target. It's fully lined, really comfortable, and the best part... it seriously never wrinkles. You could toss this in a beach bag or suitcase and it will come out looking good as new.
