Floral Ruched Drawstring Blouse Top

This shirt has a super adorable floral pattern with a ruched front and a drawstring tie on the bottom. It has small cap sleeves and is slightly cropped. It is a size small but it’s very stretchy so it could fit a medium as well. Washed once but never worn only tried on. Open to offers!!
