This dress is so cute! Worn once to a nice dinner and decided I didn’t like the puff sleeves. This dress is double lined. The smocking is flattering and you can wear the sleeves on your shoulder or off. Intricate detailing in the fabric. Size XS but truly fits like a Small-Medium.
