Super cute above the knee floral print dress. Background color is an off white with red flowers and bluish stems and leaves. Back is shirred (smocked) for extra stretch. Bust measures about 21 inches across but does not include the breast “pockets” and extra room with the stretchy back fabric. Dress has that milkmaid style that is so popular right now.
