Floral Print Ruffled Dress. The fabric has metallic gold sewn throughout. Very cute and great for parties. The belt is made of the same fabric as the dress. The dress has an elastic waist for a sintched in waist. The neckline has a scalloped detail in the front and ties in the back. I’ve worn this dress backwards because I prefer a v-neck over a high neckline. Could not tell. I’m 5”5 and this dress falls just at my knees.
