Floral Print Maxi Dress - forgiving and flattering

Jessica Simpson halter top maxi dress, with all over floral print in bright royal blue over a natural/beige base floor length, open back, pockets (!!), silky feel, super easy to wear, elasticized waist, entire dress is lined, truly forgiving and flattering! I’m 5’9/130lbs, overall dress fit slightly oversized but worked - top was roomy and could accommodate larger bust (32B here) halter is adjustable at the neck, flat lay waist measures 14” but stretches to near 19” — please see measurements in pics *Loved it, but I really need a different size.
