Floral Pink Leather Vintage Noir Choker

Gorgeous and unique floral pink leather choker with rhinestone center stone and silver sturdy chain closure. Purchased in a boutique in Las Vegas around 2000. I have not been able to find something like this since. Tag says Noir. But I do not know if it’s the same Jewelry designer nOir? It might be? (Cockatoo is just for display. He does not come with the necklace.)
