Tis the season for maxis! I’m so smitten with this floral maxi dress from Express. It’s got a plunging neckline with a low back and cut-outs on the side. It’s also available in a navy version, as well as black/white tropical print, or solid white. I knew that it would look great with this neutral clutch and these neutral sandals, so that they wouldn’t take away from the dress.
