Lovely maxi dress in pastel floral pattern with deep front and back v-neckline. Smocked at the empire waist. Long slit in the center front. Fabric is 55% viscose and 45% rayon. It has slight give in the width. New with tag. Waist stretches from 13” to 17” Chest across is 19” Hip across is 19.5” Length is 59.5” Labeled as XS size, but can fit up to size 4.
