@sbaker143 hi there! Great question… It’s very forgiving because it’s all elastic waisted - both bottoms and top. I think that’s why the manufacturer only had it in 2 sizes (s/m or l/xl). I never wore it but I’m a size 6/8 and would easily fit me. That said, I think it would work on a size 4 also. I hope that helps!! Let me know if you want any measurements as it lays flat.
