Floral Long Sleeve Dress with Navy Bloomers

Adorable floral dress with long sleeves, paired with navy bloomers. It says that it is 9M, but I feel like it’s closer to 9-12. Has a tie on both sides. You can either tie it once in the back and front or tie a bow on each side 🥹. Very, very gently used. Only wore once for pictures.
