@cassiemayy Hi! I would say a 12 but could work on a 10 or 14.

@claireroth Hi yes I'm sure it would. You may need to either roll them up at the bottom (which is what I did) or have them hemmed. As it is a large, and you usually take a medium, I can't guarantee a specific fit but it fits me and I too usually take a medium and am about 5'2". I hope this helps.
