@gladysk63 hi! It's a very smooth polyester spandex material. I can't find my measuring tape ugh but I just took a pic of it with a couple of standard printer paper (8.5x11 kind) takes 2 sheets but the extra a approximately 5 inches...so then about 27in wide/52in around?

@gladysk63 Unfortunately as I just took that luck I. Priced dirt marks so will drop the price even more. I'm sorry about that I'm selling for someone else and I did not catch it. thanks, cat - probably NOT going to go for it - not sure if it will fit & the price is way too high to chance it. and with 100 plus degrees in austin, texas the polyester might kill this fat ol' diva....but thanks for your efforts! i really do appreciate your time!
