Vintage 60s/70s floral maxi dress with tied halter top. Dress has been taken out at waist (see pic for the take out in the back) to fit a 28-30 waist. Bottom of the dress is also stained dirty but from the inside (pic included as well) Minus those issues dress is still gorgeous!
