Ornate metal floral gold tone photo picture frame by Elsa L. Inc. Rectangle Photo Frame that holds a picture that is 3.5”x 5”. Frame is in very good condition however there are two small chips in the glass as shown in picture #3. However the chips do not show because the are hidden behind the lip of the frame as shown in picture #4 & #5. This is a really pretty frame.
