Floral Forever 21 smocked bubble sleeve top

Super adorable and SOFT floral top from Forever 21 with a smocked waist and bubble sleeves. It is a size medium but would work for a small, medium, or large. Below the elastic it is almost a peplum bottom. This top is short but doesn’t show your belly unless you want it to. The elastic waist makes it appropriate for work as well.
