Floral Flowy Flare Dress

Floral dress with princess style neckline gathered at the bust and loosely flared skirt. Fabric is soft, comfy jersey style & so light a flirty. Lightly stretchy material. Straps can be scrunched a bit or flattened out for a thicker strap look. Falls slightly below the knee.. 42" top of shoulder strap to hem. 16" armpit to armpit not laid out flat, not stretched out. Size small but upper dress is stretchy enough to fit a small medium.
