Is this tight on the top shoulder area or loose? I am a size small but tend to be broader in the shoulder area.

@dewitt_hm Hey...this dress is not a stretchy material so it want give much. The bust measurement is 17” pit to pit. I don’t wear a small so I can’t try it on to tell you if it is loose in the shoulder area.
