Floral Embroidered Blue Tulle Dress

I originally ordered this from Amazon for an event. I ordered the 18 Plus size, but it was still too small when it arrived. I normally wear a US size 16 in dresses. It was mainly tight in the chest area, I couldn’t lace up the back fully. I would recommend this for someone a little less broad shouldered. Brand new, only worn once to try on. No flaws, just a bit too tight. I included screenshots from the original listing at the end.
