Bought from a local boutique but tag is missing and unsure of brand - could be Ampersand Avenue but don't have the tag for proof There are double hoods the burnt orange one and the floral one - when on double hood creates a cowl neck look Zipper near the neck is functional but just for decoration The background color is a little lighter blue than the picture Light signs of wear including pilling as it is gently used
