Floral Chiffon Cutout Dress

Super cute pale pink and grey floral dress. Has cutouts at shoulders and waist, perfect for summer parties, weddings etc! Tagged size L but has been altered. Could fit a S M or L depending on desired fit. Elastic was taken in but is still stretchy enough to fit a L. I am listing this as a M since I was a M at the time I got it altered. Please ask for measurements. Worn one time!
