1950’s/1960’s Mr. Topper floral blouse in navy and white. Excellent vintage condition. Soft and lightweight. Elastic cinched waist for peplum look with original clear bulb button closure - one button . Elastic is still in excellent condition. Cap sleeve, pleated detail at the front of shoulders and slight cinching at top sleeve to add volume. Fits like a modern size S to M Refer to below measurements for accurate sizing.
