Floral Button Down Puff Sleeve H&M Midi Dress

Buttons going down that are able to be undone. Can also be worn off the shoulder. Has rouching in the chest area and not tight at all in the sleeves. I’m 5”2 and this is inbetween a midi and maxi for me. Pair with boots in the fall and sandals in the summer! Very flattering on the body
