Floral Blue Midi Dress

Elegant blue midi dress with vibrant floral pattern. Perfect for any occasion. Like new. Wore once. I had it professionally given the shoulder straps as well as having the length shortened to a midi dress. It is gorgeous on. Before going to the seamstress I used two sided tape to show her the length I wanted and the tape left the mark as you see in one of the photos. It was originally $795.
