Floral Black and Red Skirt

Traditional Mexican dress (Chiapaneco?) - bought from a market in Mexico City and used once for a Frida Kahlo costume. 3 pieces - full one size fits all skirt, white blouse with a little yellow staining (as pictured) that should come off with oxyclean, and red belt.
