Floor length strapless summer dress

Has a solid shorter part underneath so the legs would still be visible through the lace pattern! Can be made fancy or casual! Strapless with elastic around top and waist area to hold it up and create shape! Has belt loops in case you want to add something to it, but does not include a belt. Never been worn because I'm very short and I'll trip over the bottom! Beautiful though! Make me an offer!
