Flirty Tank Dress Fit & Flair

This dress is the coolest! Seems just right when you're not sure what to wear! Dressy yet not too much. Fitted bodice and flared skirt. Vegan leather side panels. Zip up back. Dry clean only. Worn less than 5x. 30" long from the shoulder. 14" across measured flat at armpit. 12.5" flat across waist (measured at end of leather panels just above flared skirt). Has some stretch from spandex component but not much.
