Flirty Ruffled Skirt Junior 24" Elastic Waistband

Flirty Ruffled Skirt Junior 24" Elastic Waistband made by Catherine Renee' of Be Real Inc. New materials. Ruffles are a cotton batiste print ruffles into a poly cotton blend. Skirt it's lined with tulle with cotton bias seam tape. Tulle is attached so it won't scratch. Glasses out the skirt really nicely. Can see this with cowgirl boots and hat while dancing.  Length 16-1/2". Waist is encased elastic 24".
