Flirty Blue and White Button Up Summer Dress

Super cute flirty mini dress. It's navy with a white drop pattern. The buttons go all the way down the dress, which makes it super cute! It's short, it hits about mid-thigh on me, and I'm 5'3". Warning: It is not for the large chested, I am about a 34C and it barely buttoned over my chest. Still, I would totally wear this in the summer with leather alligator sandals and a lightweight gray sweater!
