Fleece Lined Footless Tights Nwot

These are perfect fit the cold weather as the inside lining is fleece. Nrw and never worn. Tag says large, large. As shown in the photos the waist across unstretched is about 9" but these allow a significant amount of stretch without sacrificing comfort up to roughly 16". I know they are the size is wear and fit comfortably. Great for layering or wearing in place of tights under a dress
