This is a beautiful shade of royal blue. It is 70% Acylic and 30% wool. The empire waist creates a very flattering look. It is a petite medium. There is a back zipper which goes from the neckline to the waistline. The dress is in excellent condition with no stains or marks. It was worn only a couple times, dry cleaned, then stored in a garment bag.
From the shoulder to the bottom hem, this measures 37". From the empire waist in the front to the bottom hem, this measures 23.5".

@pkreek I am 5ft 1.2" tall & it was knee length on me ad i recall. I will measure the length later tonight when I am home & add that measurement to the description. Shawnee
