Flattering Casual Black & Color Print Dress

This dress is adorable and super flattering! It has a built-in elastic belt / waist-cincher, so no need to find an extra accessory! The top is black cotton, very comfortable & will easily fit nearly any breast size. The skirt portion consists of 3 layers with a cute, colorful, abstract dotted pattern. There is also a black liner underneath for comfort. One *tiny* snag, pictured - easily fixed & barely there - not *at all* noticeable while wearing!
